This book is full of guidance and advice on how to be present and help someone who is dying. It’s not academic but is full of stories and accounts that will teach and reassure us. Dying well is one of life’s greatest challenges and very few of us have had any lessons in it. This very readable book I think could be one of the best things to have by our sides when we face death – our own or someone else’s.
