This is the companion CD to her book (Get Your Life Back - 260207). It primarily consists of two Pranayama- based breathing exercises, plus a 25 minute creative visualization. The author takes us through the exercises herself and, as ever, it’s great to hear a non- American voice on an experiential CD. She’s very skillful and the background music is calming and luminous. It’s an invaluable addition to her wonderful workbook.
