There are instructions on how best to prepare the drinks, plus a great deal of health advice and tips relating to the best use of all the different fruits and vegetables. The author trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and is now a post-doctorate researcher at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
