As ever, the subtitle of this book pretty much sums it up: “Wisdom from the Spirit World on Living, Dying and the In-Between”. The author is an accurate and successful medium and her book reads a bit like an autobiography where she talks us through all the experiences she has had. Unsurprisingly it starts with a near-death experience where she gets shut inside a heavy freezer. She is granted a vision then of the beyond or the in-between. She goes on to draw parallels between what she is shown and how things are on this side of the veil. After her experience she was able to see spirits everywhere and there are more than enough stories then littered throughout the book that will both illuminate and uplift us. It’s also a practical book with “Integration Moments” and exercises at the end of each chapter.
