Shelley has been a professional past life regression therapist for 20 years. She was inspired to write this book because of the behaviour of two of her cats, one of which loved Vedic chanting and the other the Gregorian chanting of Benedictine Monks. The book is packed full of case studies where clients explored their past lives and found connections with their current pets, because of course souls can incarnate as both humans and animals. It also contains many exercises, including some that will help with the crushing grief of losing a pet and others that take you on journeys into past lives. It’s a charming book and very straight forward as many from Llewellyn are. Ultimately, as the author writes, “My hope is that this book gives you cause to smile at the blessing animals are in your life”.
