Many of the works – usually to be found in Italy or London – will inspire you to go and visit them and the author’s words give you the tools to understand these enigmatic images a bit better. Anyway, the colour photos – including close-up details – are beautiful and more than enough to keep you occupied until you see the works in the flesh.
