Removing Contact Details from Cygnus

We want to make it as simple and painless as possible for bereaving families and friends to remove their loved ones details from the Cygnus database after their passing.

We ask that you please email us at info@cygnus-books.co.uk with your loved one's name and address (if you do have their membership number that is also helpful) and then we will remove their details permanently from our system. We do send a confirmation response once the file has been deleted. 

If you do receive a letter or magazine addressed to the deceased, please do write deceased on the letter and return to sender for us. Alternatively you can call us on our customer service line during working hours. All details are available on the contact page.
