This is an exceptionally good book, which presents a wise and radical new approach to healing via the chakras. Nikki, who lives and works in West Sussex, starts by describing her own path to becoming a healer, along which she manages to heal herself of lupus and other health issues. Her own system, which she has called Healing InSight, includes techniques drawn from qigong, kinesiology and belief realignment. The book is in colour inside and the pages for each chakra are coded according to that chakra’s colour. It’s packed full of useful and easy-to-understand information which personally I am impatient to start using. It’s not just a matter of physical healing: the curriculum includes a life-review process that can transform your life on every level.

For twenty three years we have sent the Cygnus Review out free with our love. It has been our delight and a pleasure to do so.
As you know Cygnus income has not kept up with the huge increase in postage costs for some time now. So to continue and to develop as a community we will now be relying on increased subscriptions and donations, at least until we have enough regular subscribers.
So your gift from the heart will breathe new life into our community, and will help us create a new future together which unites like-minded people more consciously.
Many of you have expressed an interest in meeting others of like mind so we have begun to find new solutions for this need. Till now your sense of community with Cygnus came through the letterbox in the form of the monthly Cygnus Review.
Now we'd like to explore new ways for you to meet each other as Cygnus Supporters, either locally at Cygnus Cafe Events, virtually in Cygnus forums, if enough of you want this, and perhaps in other ways too. There’s a great quotation from renowned author Cilla Conway on this book, and it sums up my feelings as well: “I don’t normally read books on angels as I find many of them too saccharine, but I found Wendy Erlick’s book direct, authentic and sometimes very moving”. This gets it exactly right: it’s down to earth, everyday and for that very reason very inspiring. A spiritual gift like this can descend on any of us at any time, and her story is well-told and compelling, but the account becomes incredibly useful in the second half of the book when she goes into detail about her training and shows us how too we can get in touch with invisible beings. She discusses the different angels and what they specialize in and how we can work with them, but all this in a very straightforward and refreshingly non-ethereal way.
