FALLING THROUGH THE TREE OF LIFE by Jane Meredith

by: Jane Meredith

This book is expensive but it’s very good. It’s also large-format and more than 450 pages long. Jane Meredith is an Australian spiritual teacher and she has written quite a few other books. This one is endorsed by Rachel Pollack and Kristoffer Hughes, who very much know their stuff. I love the Kabbalah and there aren’t many books that approach head on, as it were. Jane isn’t academic or po-faced about it though: the subtitle is Embodied Kabbalah and it tells us to leave, breathe and dance the Kabbalah as a daily experience. It’s full of exercises, meditations and rituals and we need to savour it and take it slowly to enrich and transform our lives. Kabbalah can be a daunting subject and in my experience it’s a journey that we can sometimes drop because it’s just too big. This book gives me confidence.
