Robert is a well-known and well-established Hay House author and this book is classic spiritual self-development. It has endorsements from people like Caroline Myss, Kyle Gray and Rebecca Campbell. I doubt it has any great blinding revelations on the usual path to Purpose but it’s written by a wise and experienced teacher who gives the reader confidence and it would make a great gift for someone who is struggling to find the way. It’s a great point of departure and includes sidebar quotations by many prominent figures like Mary Oliver, Eileen Caddy and Albert Einstein. It’s an autobiographical account full of stories and lessons from Robert’s life as well as inspiring stories about other people, famous and otherwise. These all combine, along with practical exercises, to give us a roadmap towards our own sense of purpose.
