MYSTICAL SHAMAN ORACLE CARDS by Alberto Villoldo et al

This is a large format box set with a 140-page guidebook and a deck of 64 cards. The cards are everything in this deck: they are beautifully produced, the colours are rich and the images are complex and haunting. I just spent nearly an hour just contemplating them one by one. They depict images from universal culture, like Fire, Magic and The Rainmaker and others that are more specific to the Americas (the authors’ tradition) like The Arrow, The Corn and Jaguar. They can be used for divination, for contemplation and meditation and for reference, like for example when you see a crow perched on your back fence and it seems significant.
