ENCHANTED LIFE by Sharon Blackie

This is a wonderful book, one of those titles we used to get more of: a bit Jungian, full of stories, dreams, mythical characters who help us understand our own lives a bit better, and loaded with tips and indicators we can use to make everything richer and more meaningful. The author is a psychologist but she writes like a poet, which is no surprise since she lives in Connemara. She points to a life where we see more enchantment in all the events and encounters around us. It’s not overtly mystical or metaphysical but it’s just a short leap from here to a daily life of spirit.
