FIRST NATIONS CRYSTAL HEALING by Luke Blue Eagle

One thing I have noticed in the pandemic and subsequent lockdown is that books of Native American teachings seem to make more sense, that they seem to fit these times. It’s hard to describe, but now more than ever the First Nations teachings look best placed to take us out of this trough. Here is a fascinating book: Luke didn’t even know he had native heritage until an ancestor spoke to him in a dream when he was 17, although his interest in crystals and stones had started even earlier in his life. From then on though he embarked on a 25-year training in indigenous healing with elders from several different traditions. He explains the properties and healing powers of 38 different crystals, and there is a colour plate section showing them all. The book is readable and has many stories that back up and enhance the teachings.
