This book has everything – text, stories, plentiful exercises, charming line drawings and right at the start a fantastic foreword by Sandra Ingerman, who calls the author a “brilliant visionary”. Carol Day is a teacher and therapist who lives in Glasgow. She begins by relating how in her work she felt called to go deeper and how vision calls us in many ways and on many occasions throughout our lives. She outlines the different inner journeys we can make with the help of different animals, including orcas, hedgehogs and dragons. The practical exercises start very early in the book and even if we make use of only half of them we have here an amazing resource. In this way we too can become visionaries and start to transform our lives and create new webs of community.
