This entertaining and conversational book is the perfect inspiration for getting a grip on our eating habits and losing weight. Its title? Both the authors are actually economists: this means their habits and the lifestyle pressures on them made their recovery from obesity particularly difficult and thus meaningful. On the other hand they have also been able to apply sound economic principles to dieting and healthy eating. They are not trying to sell us any weight loss “miracles”. Instead we need to eat less, and they supply evidence-based techniques for achieving that goal. Plus it’s fun to read!
