Books like this get me excited. I haven’t got to the end of it yet. It’s about personal transformation and unlocking your full potential, and it’s written by someone who is both an M.D. and a Ph.D. Friedemann also wrote the bestselling book The Fear and Anxiety Solution, which I loved too. And it’s properly big and heavy so it doesn’t deal in platitudes and easy fixes. It’s written for all of us who don’t feel laid low but do feel that life is passing us by a little bit, who feel that we are ready to make big changes that will realign things and make us feel less complicated and conflicted.
