Mark Ireland started on his journey in 2004 after the unexpected death of his son. Understandably he seeks out mediums to try to speak to the other side; interestingly his own father was a renowned medium although up to then he had not been drawn to follow this path. Mark is then able to give us guidance if we too want to explore this world of spirit visitation and afterlife communication. He is also able to provide a lot of evidence of this from his own experience and experiments, as well as from the historical records. On the other hand he is not naïve and he is able to offer warnings around dishonest practices in this field. The book is serious and well-written but there are also plenty of stories and anecdotes. The healing potential in this work is extraordinary.
