This is such a wonderful concept for a book and I am so surprised I have not seen another one on the subject. The author is a wind whistler, inspirational speaker and shaman. The wind is air; breath is also air, and as prana and ruach features prominently in spiritual belief and creation myth. You can though work with wind as you can work with breath; and likewise it’s both a literal and a metaphorical process. Finally there is also a rich lore and mythology around wind itself, especially in terms of travel and navigation: there is so much to be covered and this book does it all!
