The author has a busy life and lots of health issues that have motivated him to write this guide, and he has worked with a series of experts in all the fields he addresses so we’re getting really good advice. He looks at the immune system, the chakras, emotional intelligence, mental health and meditation amongst others, all of which will help us to be as healthy as we possibly can.
